Jodi Hansell Herczeg is the Managing Partner of JLH Group-Global Corporate Counsel, an international law firm that specializes in emerging technology companies.   Jodi has over 20 years of experience starting and advising businesses all over the world, with a focus on the US, Europe and Asia.  She is a securities and corporate lawyer and has been a part of all stages of financing including angel investments, venture capital, private equity and debt financings.  She often acts as an officer, director or member of the advisory board.  Jodi truly enjoys helping companies and executives grow and execute their strategies.  She has a particular  fondness toward companies growing via Merger and Acquisition (M&A), private financing. international licensing, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and other collaborative growth models.
