Holly Gardner is a technology executive that is passionate about technology strategy, innovation, and collaborating with others to solve complex problems. Holly is the Director of the NavalX Gulf Coast Tech Bridge and the Director of Strategy and Engagement for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD). She has worked as an engineering and counter-terrorism consultant in the Washington, DC and NW Florida areas for the U.S. Navy and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate as well as a mission area S&T Lead for the Navy’s Program Executive Office (PEO) for Unmanned and Small Combatants (USC). Holly has a M.S. in Systems Engineering from the George Washington University and a B.S. in Ocean Engineering from Florida Atlantic University. When she is not working you can find her spending time with her family, experimenting in the kitchen and taking adventures.
