He is a Founder and Partner at Smart City Works Created in 2016, Smart City Works is a next generation business accelerator, focused on launching new infrastructure companies that improve the livability, operations, and resilience of cities. Bob was also instrumental in the conception and founding of iBiquity Digital (terrestrial digital radio), iXnet (Global VPN), Ondas Media (European satellite radio), Assure Space, LLC (insurance underwriter), and Apio Systems, Inc. (telematics). Bob was an Equity Partner at the international law firm of Vinson and Elkins. Bob received a B.S. degree from the University of Maryland and a J.D. degree from the American University.
